Why to not turn your night into day?

Health

It's tempting to squeeze more work or more fun into our life and make at least part of our nighttime into day.

In our efficiency- and fun-obsessed age, the body often can't stop even when it's exhausted from the constant spin and would rather sleep.

We are tempted to work at night, when we seem to be better able to concentrate on the work at hand and are not interrupted by the constant influx of stimuli from the outside world – from the incessant ringing of the telephone to the chatter of our colleagues.

Often, we just have so much to do that we impose on ourselves the torture of working late at night, and the pale glow of the computer keeps us up until the down... So, no wonder that when we finally do get a chance to relax, the night turns into day again, and we find ourselves having some serious fun and wildly partying instead of resting quietly.

Our restful night, our wakefulness and sleep cycles are under huge threat! Since we have erased the natural distinction between night and day with artificial light sources, we are torturing and making ourselves ill by disrupting our body's innate rhythms.

After all, the era of technical devices that enable us to stay up late at night and our entire modern way of life, which requires us to always do overtime, add up to just a few seconds compared to the evolutionary time scale of the development of our healthy biological rhythms.

So, what is the solution? Should we go to bed at sunset to stay healthy?! It may seem ridiculous to even think about it, but if one wants to live long, it might not be such a bad idea.

If we sleep in occasionally, we might think that our bodies can recover relatively easily from the stress of sleep deprivation. However, according to sleep experts, even an entire week may not be long enough to really get back on our feet after just one white night.

Therefore, burning the candle at both ends on a regular basis is like hitting your biological clock with a sledgehammer. Even if our willpower can proudly cope, and only a little daytime irritability, yawning and distraction seem to be the short-term price we pay, our bodies will soon suffer the effects of sleep deprivation that, after all, was used as method of torture and punishment in older times.

Body and soul, liver and brain alike regenerate and repair themselves at night. If they are not given this chance when the hormone melatonin, which is produced naturally in response to naturally changing light conditions, dictates it, then the entire production of hormones in our bodies can easily be derailed, leading to thyroid problems, among other issues.

As parents and grandparents, we usually know that getting enough sleep (and at the right time) is essential for the body of children to function optimally. But this rule also applies to us adults! In fact, it is often more difficult for an older body to refresh and rebuild its reserves after missing some valuable sleep.

What should you do if you sometimes just can't avoid to stay up late? If circumstances have forced you to do it, you don't need to feel bad about it now, because hormonal imbalances can be corrected by consuming InnoFit TopForm.

This will reset your biological clock to a more balanced, relaxed pace and provide some well-deserved rest for your life.
