General Terms and Conditions (GTC) include the general terms and conditions concerning the use of the online ordering interface https://innofit.international/purchase operated by as supplier (“Supplier”). 
Please use our services exclusively if you agree with all of the points contained herein and consider them binding. This document is not registered, it is only concluded in an electronic form and it refers to no code of conduct. 
Language of the contract: English
Essential Provisions
1.1 Products sold at the site https://innofit.international can only be purchased exclusively by private individuals.
1.2 When purchasing the products sold, the user accepts the terms of this GTC.
1.3 This GTC is valid as of 1 February 2022 until revoked.

Scope of Available Products and Services
3.1 The prices of the goods and services displayed on the website include the statutory VAT and are expressed in euros.
3.2 The prices indicated exclude home delivery fee, however, the Supplier takes over the freight in case of orders above the threshold specified in the online ordering interface (order form). The Supplier charges no packaging fee.
3.3 The Supplier indicates the names and descriptions of the products and services, and displays photos of the products on the website. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from reality, and may in some cases be displayed as illustrations.
3.4 The Supplier reserves the right to adjust prices.
Ordering Procedure
4.1 Purchasers may place an order by completing and submitting the order form. In this form they can enter the number of product(s) or product packages they want to order, and can modify the shipping address and provide the preferred time of home delivery.
4.2 Upon submitting the order, the Supplier shall promptly confirm the order by electronic mail, including the name and quantity of the product(s) ordered, the unit price, the possible delivery fee and the total amount payable, and the e-invoice. If the Purchaser receives no e-mail confirming the receipt of the order within 48 hours, the Purchaser shall be exempt from the validity period and shall not be obliged to purchase the product or use the service.
4.3 The Purchaser accepts that the contract entered into in this way is a written contract and is governed by the law of Cyprus. The contract shall be governed by the provisions of this GTC.
Payment Options, Description of the Means of Delivery
5.1 The price of the products and services can only be paid online by a bank card at the site innofit.international.
5.2 In case of an order, the Supplier will only deliver the product(s) to the delivery address provided for when ordering via parcel logistics service provider GLS.
5.3 The Supplier shall not in any way be responsible due to delivery delays attributable to data provided incorrectly, incompletely or inaccurately, or to other delivery problems (like User unavailable at the provided address).
Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Under the contract concluded between the Purchaser and the Supplier, the customer may cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the order and return the product ordered.
6.2 For health and hygiene reasons, departing from those described in Section 6.1, the customer may not return the product ordered and handed over if opened. The Supplier shall not take back damaged or unpackaged products. The customer shall check the integrity of the product packaging at the time of the takeover, and, if properly delivered, take it over after signature, thereby recognizing the fact, place and date of delivery. If the Purchaser experiences any visible damage to the packaging at the time of the takeover, they are entitled to refuse the take-over. In this case, the Purchaser may withdraw from the contract or request the re-delivery of the product.
6.3 Except for the cases listed in Section 6.2, the Purchaser may state their withdrawal from the contract by a clear relevant statement to be sent to the current email address.
6.4 The right of withdrawal shall be deemed exercised within the period specified if the Purchaser sends their statement before the expiry of the deadline set out in Section 6.1.
6.5 The Purchaser shall be responsible for proving that they have exercised their right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
6.6 In the event of legal withdrawal, the Purchaser shall return the original, unpackaged and complete product in new condition immediately or within 14 days at the latest to the Supplier or its agent. (To the sender indicated in the GLS package label) The Supplier may refuse refund until it will have received the product or until the Purchaser will have submitted evidence that the product has been returned.  The cost of returning the product is on the Purchaser.

6.7 As soon as the product is returned, we will refund the money. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Complaints Handling
7.1 Complaints arising during the purchase of products from website innofit.international may be indicated to email address.
7.2 The mail of complaint shall contain the following:
  • name and address of the Purchaser, 
  • name and purchase price of the product,
  • date of the purchase,
  • order ID,
  • date of the declaration of the complaint,
  • detailed description of the complaint,
  • list of the deeds, documents and other evidence presented by the Purchaser,
  • the claim the Purchaser wishes to claim.
7.3 The Supplier shall examine the complaint received within 30 days from its reception and give a substantive response to it. If the Supplier gives a negative reply to the complaint, it shall set out the grounds in writing and shall inform the Purchaser in writing the procedure of which authority or conciliation board they can commence. The information shall also include the seat, phone number, web and mailing address of the conciliation board according to the Purchaser’s domicile or place of residence.
7.4 Disputes arising from the purchase agreement concluded with the Supplier may be settled, in particular, by peaceful means, by an agreement between the parties. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, available at here.
This platform shall serve as a point of contact for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which the Purchaser is involved.
7.5 The Supplier shall keep the record of the complaint and a copy of the reply to it for five years.
Miscellaneous Provisions / Relevant Legislation
8.1 Our company reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this GTC, about which it shall adequately inform the parties concerned. The modified provision shall apply after its entry into force.
